PROCEDURAL

Our objective is to adequately represent and defend the NPO in all types of civil, administrative and judicial review proceedings, with the maximum responsibility and procedural efficiency.

Sometimes in probate matters it is necessary for an NPO to go to court to resolve any conflicts in which it may be actively or passively involved. However, this Firm will always try to reach an out-of-court settlement that allows the dispute to be resolved amicably, or, where appropriate, it will use the most convenient and beneficial Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism.

What we offer:

Previous background study and analysis. Possible solutions and alternatives.

Preparation of a Legal Report explaining whether or not it is advisable to initiate proceedings.

Handling of the judicial or extrajudicial action in which the NPO is involved until it is completely resolved.

The purpose of this Department is to protect the NPO against third parties who try to attack its good name and reputation, as well as others who seek to take improper advantage of it and, ultimately, to defend and guarantee its rights in court.
